Japanese designer Oji Masanori is dedicated to creating "living products" by bringing us elegantly designed objects that have a simple function for everyday. He is involved in every step of the process from product design to packaging and graphics. After acquiring a degree in architecture and studying environmental design, he transitioned from a career in architecture and graphic design to the creation of house wares.
Masanori founded Oji and Design studio in 2004 and has received multiple design awards, such as FUTAGAMI Interior Lifestyle Awards in 2009 and Kokuyo Design Awards. He works in collaboration with artisans and traditional Japanese craftsmen to produce a range of practical objects using natural materials and metals.
